I do realize Fourth of July is over, but I'm from America, so I can do American nail art whenever! Actually, this was my nail look for the holiday and I took them off today. I really wanted to share the details.

I began with a base of Cirque Colors Carpe Diem, which I have discovered is the most awesome white creme! Then I added a very thin coat of Different Dimension Big Bang and Cirque Colors Mirror Mirror.
On my first two nails, I laid down KBShimmer star nail vinyls and then did one coat of Cirque Colors NYFW, a bright cobalt blue creme. For my other two nails, I used KBShimmer wave nail vinyls and did one coat of Zoya Sookie. I added one coat of Barry M Jewel Brittania and Cirque Colors Electric Sky. I added some white stars from Electric Sky to my first two nails as well!
