I started with a base of Illamasqua Load, 2 coats. Then I dabbed on 1-2 coats of Cirque Colors Flora Fete. When I see this glitter, I think tropics! Lastly, I stamped hibiscus flowers from the Girly Bits plate. I love the negative space plates! I wanted the glitter to shine through! Lastly, I used a matte top coat to bring this look together!
