Happy Friday! I hope you have fun weekend plans! Sometimes I seem to have nothing going on, and I have to say September is fully booked. I always have something going on, even during the week! I finally found a moment to swatch these beauties (and I'm still wearing a manicure with one from Tuesday!). It's a delicate summer pastels collection, but let's be honest--when was the last time you conformed to polish seasons? So if you're not into vampy fall colors, these will be up your alley.Jessica Cosmetics Polished in Pastels Collection, Swatches and Review |
Jessica Cosmetics Pink Daisy: 2 coats. This is the first of the three cremes of the collection. While this may seem like a basic pink, the 2 coat formula cannot be beat and this is WITHOUT top coat, so it levels perfectly.

Jessica Cosmetics Periwinkle Bloom: 3 coats. This polish had a bit of balding at 2 coats, so I used 3 for sure. Again, no top coat. I love this blue. It's in between a sky blue and a white. It's a great balance of blue and it's definitely unique. Super shiny on its own.

Jessica Cosmetics Mint Blossom: 2-3 coats. The final creme is minty perfectly. It's a great mint creme that again, levels so well that you do not need top coat. The formula is based on preference. I did three thin coats but if you do thick coats, two will be fine.

Jessica Cosmetics Blushing Violet: 2 coats. This one is absolutely amazing. These types of purples were my grandmother's favorite, so it brings back fond memories. It's a beautiful shade of light purple with a unique silver/gold shimmer. Delicate but bright but feminine. I just love it.

Jessica Cosmetics Lilac Pearl: 2 coats. This is an interesting color. It's almost like a grey lilac. It can be a bit brushstrokey so the less strokes the better. It also has these cool grey flecks in the polish. I don't know what else to say besides it's unique. I really don't have anything like it.

Jessica Cosmetics Angelic Lavender: 3 coats. This is a beautiful wintry shimmer polish. I don't really see lavender as it basically pulls white on my shin tone. It has a golden shimmer with silver flecks. I'll definitely be reaching for this a lot in the winter and I'm wearing it now to the base of my nail art (which will come tomorrow!)

The Polished in Pastels Collection is available now. I love the cremes section of this collection and Blushing Violet really wowed me. I also can never have enough white shimmers like Angelic Lavender. Which is your favorite?
